It is the story of Blobbs, a very handsome London-dwelling Bulldog who visits the country and gets into quite a few spots of trouble. The story is told in rhymes and the illustrations are in color (10 full-page illustrations) and black-and-white. Blobbs books are very collectible and rare, and this is one of the earliest Blobbs books. (via Blobbs the Bulldog - wonderdiva)
